When she sings a song, one responds to the pain, or the joy she is expressing as if they are experiencing it themselves. The music community is in need of some fresh sounds, with Ellen they get more that they bargained for.

Locals of Long Island and Vermont have known for years what people nationwide are beginning to find out. This girl can "sing". Not only can she sing a song, she has the rare ability to perform a song. That is what keeps the venues filled with return listeners, as well as new fans.

Recording at the Parlor in Nashville and performing in LA she has caught the attention of some prime songwriters. She has also caught the attention of some local talk show producers and has been working interviewing performers in New England on “Roots in New England” a Burlington, Vermont based talk show.

At the age of seventeen, Ellen embarked upon the odyssey that would become the birth of her professional music career. She began to collect critical acclaim in the New York City Clubs, such as Catch a Rising Star, Dangerfields, Good Times and other cabaret venues around the City.

Now, with a new CD in the making, soon to be released, one will hear the power and sensitivity in her voice, and will know why Ellen’s natural ability to bestow her audiences with heartfelt feelings and true interpretive phrasing are so very extraordinary.
